- Maintain a basic understanding of the duties of construction flaggers and traffic controllers
- Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Brainstorm with the business development team to create new project strategies
- Manage company and client expectations
- Manage relationships with current and prospective clients using email, phone, and in-person meetings
- Find and follow up on new sales leads
- Attend networking events and company functions, sometimes outside of normal business hours
- Support the needs of crews in the field
- Perform administrative functions
- Goal‑oriented, organized team player
- Uphold strong company values and ethics toward confidentiality
- Able to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUI or excessive points)
- All candidates must pass a standard criminal background check, work verification check, drug screen, and fit‑for‑duty physical

Full‑time salary range: $70,000‑$90,000 per year.
Experience- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
