• Lead our Parking Structures Group.
• Responsible for networking and building relationships with potential clients.
• Uncover upcoming parking structure projects.
• Development and execution of a sales plan.
• Client maintenance, lead generation and tracking.
• Proposal preparation, negotiations and presentations.
• Travel to various client meetings and events, may require occasional overnight travel.
- Experience in sales and/or business development in the A/E/C industry
- Prior experience in parking design, layout, and site planning
- Is a proven producer with experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency.
- Prior marketing and/or business development experience with U.S.
-based corporations, hospitals and higher education institutions, a plus.
