You meet customers, identify their needs, and introduce products that spark interest and build new business. You represent Correctional Industries at events, presentations, and on-site visits that highlight the value of these services.

This position promotes correctional industry products, supports customer relationships, and assists with sales and marketing activities across an assigned territory. As a Correctional Industries Sales and Marketing Representative, you will perform the following duties:
- Customer Outreach:
Establish contacts with officials, agencies, schools, and local entities to promote prison-made products and services - Product Promotion:
Conduct presentations, gather customer needs, and discuss future product demands - Event Representation:
Attend conferences and distribute catalogs, samples, brochures, and other product information - Record Keeping:
Prepare reports, maintain customer records, and submit activity updates to the central office - Shop Coordination:
Visit shops to stay familiar with product lines and act as liaison between customers and facilities - Sales Support:
Respond to inquiries, prepare price quotes, and assist in developing marketing efforts for new and existing products and services

Work Schedule and Additional Information:- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.

- One year of professional sales experience in a manufacturing or service oriented production operation, and a bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a closely related area; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
- You must be in possession of an active Pennsylvania non-commercial Class C driver’s license or equivalent.
- Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA is required.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
- You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
