Summary:

All-Phase Electric is actively seeking candidates to join our team here in Pittsburgh. We provide the tools and training

for learning the ins and outs of one of the nation's fastest growing industries. You will be exposed to most aspects of

the business and various roles to gain experience in design, customer service, account management, sales, purchasing,

warehousing and more.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, exemplifies good time management and communication skills, and is

excited to make a difference within the company and our market.

Reports to:

Location or Division Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ Current, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

+ Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)

+ Pass Drug test and Background check

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Industry Experience preferred

+ Strong negotiation skills

+ Strong attention to detail and time management

+ Ability to solve complex problems

Working Conditions:

Conditions vary based on the trainee's current level of knowledge and training. Conditions will

include warehouse, office, and external from the office. This position will entail customer interaction

via multiple avenues. There will be lifting, sorting, standing, sitting for long periods of time, and

some travel may be required.

+ Establish, develop, and maintain good relationship sand rapport with customers and vendors

+ Completion of training classes whether internal or external with manufacturers/reps/vendors

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $19 to $20 hourly.
