Sales Associate

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a PT Sales Associate to deliver outstanding service in a fast paced retail environment. In this role, you'll greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend durable workwear and outdoor apparel that fits their lifestyle. You'll maintain product knowledge, restock and merchandise the sales floor, process transactions accurately, and help keep the store clean and organized.

You'll embody Duluth's practical, humorous, and customer first culture while supporting sales goals and participating in promotions, events, and storytelling that bring the brand to life.
