K12 Sales Team Member
As a K12 Sales Team member, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our client's products to operators in your assigned territory. Your primary goal is to increase sales and establish long-lasting relationships with clients. You will collaborate with the sales team to create and execute sales plans, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Additionally, you will utilize CRM tools to efficiently manage the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Responsibilities include operator contact, developing and maintaining a Platinum Partner Portfolio, making sales calls, utilizing CRM for planning and reporting, working with the Bid Team, managing commodity utilization, driving bid compliance, increasing consumption, executing conversions, visibility in the industry, maintaining operator profiles, and managing administrative time.
Qualifications include proven work experience as a Sales Representative, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite, ability to work independently and as part of a team, results-driven and target-oriented approach to sales, excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, a self-starter with a proactive attitude, willingness to travel within the assigned territory, and a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
