T-ROC is seeking a Territory Field Lead to drive revenue growth across your assigned territory in the United States. You will work with Agent store leaders and coordinate with regional and HQ directors to ensure in-store execution, KPI achievement, and brand alignment.
You’ll enable sales through product knowledge, training, and tailored strategies, travel within the territory, and partner with agents to support launches and promotions.
