In-Home Sales Representative

Renuity is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners, evaluate remodeling needs, and present customized bath, window, door, and renovation solutions. You will perform in-home consultations, take accurate measurements, prepare estimates, and close sales while delivering a professional, customer-focused experience. Collaborating with local installation and operations teams, you'll ensure seamless project handoffs. This role is ideal for driven, reliable sales professionals with construction or home improvement experience who thrive in a performance-oriented, commission-driven environment and enjoy helping customers upgrade and modernize their homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess remodeling needs and present Renuity solutions
• Explain product options, design choices, and installation processes clearly and professionally
• Take accurate measurements and gather project details to prepare precise estimates and proposals
• Use consultative selling techniques to overcome objections and close sales to meet or exceed targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, including appointments, quotes, and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction
• Manage a personal sales pipeline, follow up on company-provided leads, and self-generate opportunities where possible
• Represent Renuity's brand and values by delivering a high-quality, customer-centric experience in every home visit
