Sewer Sales Representative

Sullivan Super Service is seeking a Sewer Sales Representative to inspect residential sewer and drain systems, present repair and replacement options, and close sales with integrity. You'll perform camera inspections, explain findings in clear, customer-friendly language, and build trust by recommending honest, cost-effective solutions. Working closely with our plumbing technicians, you'll prepare estimates, follow up on leads, and meet sales goals while upholding our family-owned values.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential sewer and drain inspections using cameras and related equipment
• Evaluate system condition and identify repair or replacement needs
• Present clear, written estimates and options to homeowners
• Educate customers on findings, solutions, and financing options when available
• Follow up on leads and previous estimates to close sales
• Collaborate with plumbing technicians to schedule and execute sold work
• Use CRM or similar tools to track leads, quotes, and sales activity
• Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue targets
• Maintain a professional, trustworthy presence in customers' homes
• Adhere to company, safety, and industry standards at all times
