STORExpress is looking for a friendly, motivated, and personable Concierge Team Member to join our team!

You dont need experience in self-storage to succeed here. Were looking for someone who can connect with people, have a genuine conversation, listen to what they need, and help them find the right solution.

If youve worked in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, sales, banking, call centers, or any role where you work with people, your experience may be a great fit for this position.

• Talk with customers over the phone and make them feel welcome and comfortable
• Ask questions to understand what customers need and recommend the right storage solution
• Turn inquiries into reservations and rentals through friendly, confident conversations
• Explain storage options, pricing, protection plans, moving supplies, and next steps
• Help customers through the rental and move-in process
• Answer questions and resolve concerns involving billing, security, auctions, and site usage
• Follow up with customers and prospective customers
• Use multiple computer systems and applications while assisting customers
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, and other customer communication tools
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Support our STORExpress locations by providing customer service and sales assistance remotely

You dont have to know everything about storage on day one. Well teach you the industry.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid driver's license
• Retail skills: customer service
• Speaks English
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Reads English

Preferred qualifications:

• Available to work: weekends
• Willing to travel locally
