** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within the healthcare location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

+ Observe and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or suspicious activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and addressing unauthorized access attempts.

+ Support hospital staff, patients, and visitors by providing directions, answering questions, and assisting with security-related concerns as needed.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and/or other relevant activities as required by Allied Universal and site policies.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
