Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter;
Monitor access points and observe activity near restricted areas, cash handling spaces, and ATM areas as assigned;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, notifications to site leadership and/or emergency services;
Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities;
Complete shift reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, and communicate observations and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and location contacts
