Armed Security Officers – Professional Guardians Step Into a Role That Matters

This is a high-trust safety position, not a generic post, designed for the Quiet Professional who can balance tactical readiness with calm mentorship, sound judgment, and restraint.

Various locations throughout Montgomery County, PA – Abington, Lansdale, Norristown, etc.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

You are not sent to “figure it out on your own.” You join a managed team of Quiet Professionals supported by real leadership, and clear expectations. We lead through accountability, preparation, and Servant Leadership.

• Specific training (de-escalation, adolescent interaction, threat detection)
• Direct mentorship from experienced supervisors
• Support with clearances and compliance requirements

Serve as a trusted safety partner maintaining a safe, calm, and violence-free environment while building credibility with visitors, staff, and administrators. Strong officers project confidence without fear, de-escalate conflict early, stay composed under pressure, and respond decisively when required.

• Maintain a professional presence, conduct proactive campus patrols, keep staff and visitors safe
• Use calm verbal de-escalation to manage conflicts and disruptions
  
  Act as a capable first responder during emergencies
• Build professional relationships while maintaining clear boundaries
• Write clear, factual incident reports and support operational excellence

• Minimum five years of Armed Security experience
• In addition to armed security experience, military and/or law enforcement experience is required
• PA Act 235 Certification and PA Concealed Carry Permit
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and professional demeanor
• No disqualifying criminal history

• CPR/First Aid/AED
