As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Greencastle, PA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with a people-first approach, working as part of a reliable team that values agility, innovation, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $17.65 / Hour
Job Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, trailer yards, loading and receiving zones, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit activity for associates, visitors, and/or deliveries, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and report suspicious behavior, property concerns, and/or policy violations.
- Support loss prevention and access control efforts by observing high-traffic areas, following post orders, and assisting with incident reporting and customer service needs during daily operations.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
