Security Officer Afternoon Patrol Associate

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with management and/or public responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, stockroom corridors, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or after-hours activity, reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and other unusual conditions through proper channels;
Support loss prevention and store operations by observing customer traffic, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and following post orders related to opening, closing, and alarm response procedures
