Security Officer Afternoon Patrol - Parking Garage

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, patrons, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, answering questions, and assisting with routine concerns in parking facilities and transportation-related locations;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout parking garages, surface lots, walkways, stairwells, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns;
Monitor access points, traffic flow, and parking activity, report maintenance issues and policy violations, and document observations, incidents, and security-related matters according to site procedures;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate
