Security Guard Patrol Parking Authority

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public transportation parking location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout parking areas, access points, pedestrian walkways, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or rule violations;
Monitor entrances, exits, and vehicle traffic patterns, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or unusual conditions to the appropriate contacts;
Assist visitors, employees, and/or members of the public with directions, general information, and support related to access procedures and site expectations;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site guidelines
