Lackawanna County Prison seeks a full-time Correctional Officer to perform routine care, custody and supervision of inmates. Work is under the supervision of a Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain or Administrative Superior.
The role requires physical strength, good health, and the ability to maintain control of inmates as needed, including supervision of community-based work details outside the institution. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on safety and security.
