Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.;
Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
