Mount Zion Offroad is seeking an experienced and skilled Jeep, Truck, and 4×4 Technician to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the offroad and aftermarket industry

Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of 4WD and truck systems including engine, transmission, suspension, steering, braking, air conditioning, and electrical systems
.
Perform differential re-gearing
, axle service
, and drivetrain upgrades
.
Conduct 12-volt wiring and electrical installations (e.g., lighting, accessories, winches, and onboard air systems).
Execute light fabrication
, welding
, and custom fitment of aftermarket parts.
Perform suspension installations
, lift kits
, and vehicle alignments
.
Conduct diagnostic testing using scan tools and specialty equipment to identify and resolve mechanical or electrical issues efficiently.
Install aftermarket performance and aesthetic components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with the Service Manager and Advisors regarding findings, recommendations, and estimated repair times.
Test-drive and perform quality inspections on all completed work before returning vehicles to customers.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following company policies and safety procedures.
RequirementsMinimum 5 years of professional automotive technician experience (4×4/offroad experience strongly preferred).
Current PA Safety and Emissions Inspection Licenses required.
Must provide your own up-to-date tools

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Competent welding and light fabrication skills.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with shop equipment including wheel/tire machines, diagnostic scanners, and alignment systems.
Self-motivated
, dependable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
