Job Description

* To complete general apartment maintenance: plumbing, electrical, carpentry & appliances

* To troubleshoot and resolve daily work orders

* To support unit turns and make‑ready tasks

* To maintain common areas and uphold safety standards

* To work independently and communicate professionally with residents

Required Skills

* Previous apartment or property maintenance experience

* Valid driver's license required

* Own tools required

* Ability to complete basic repairs across trades

* Strong troubleshooting and customer‑service skills

* HVAC or EPA experience a plus

* Familiarity with Yardi or Real Page systems
