We're seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Installer to join our field team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the installation of HVAC systems in new construction and retrofit commercial environments. You'll play a key role in ensuring our systems are installed efficiently, safely, and up to code, representing the quality Spurk HVAC is known for.

• Install, mount, and secure HVAC units, ductwork, piping, and control systems in commercial settings
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
• Coordinate with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades to maintain timelines
• Perform start-ups, testing, and system verification
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order
• Document work completed and communicate updates to team leads or supervisors

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC installation experience
• Proficient in reading blueprints and mechanical plans
• Knowledge of current building codes and OSHA safety regulations
• EPA 608 Certification required (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied conditions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
