Salary and Benefits :
We offer a competitive salary range of $44,000 to $84,000. Candidates with advanced experience or relevant licenses may be considered at the higher end of the range. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), health savings accounts (HSAs), medical flexible spending account, health & wellness programs, vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, paid parental leave, long-term disability, and short-term disability.

Daily Responsibilities:
Inspecting, installing, and maintaining elevators and lifts Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams Performing preventive maintenance on equipment Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Required Skills:

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring

Experience with hand tools and maintenance management Familiarity with building codes and specifications Ability to perform inspections and diagnostic tests Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with hydraulics Knowledge of general repair General construciton Technical

Skills:

Proficiency in electrical systems
