Perform on-site belt installation, splicing, and preventative maintenance; occasional on-call emergency repairs;
Diagnose equipment problems, assess extent, and decide to repair or replace parts;
Provide technical support and training to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment;
Communicate technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders and meet customers daily to ensure satisfaction;
Perform on-site services for new and existing clients, including emergency repairs and upgrades on a 24/7 on-call basis
