Perform a variety of minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or HVAC trades throughout the hospital and grounds.;
Determine priorities of inspections or repairs based on previous shift reports; makes inspections on equipment; issues work orders for major repairs and documents all completed preventive work orders.;
Transport materials and tools by hand or dolly and performs routine tasks as directed by immediate supervisor; with experience and training, perform progressively more complex tasks.
