JOB DESCRIPTION
Join a team of experienced electricians providing exceptional electrical work to residents and businesses in West Grove and surrounding areas. We are searching for a senior electrical technician – residential installation with experience looking to join a growing team. Must follow established safety practices while performing assigned duties to protect self, co-workers and the public from personal injury and to prevent damage to customer property.
PRIMARYDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follows regulation based on current National Electric Code.
- Thorough knowledge and adherence to all required safety requirements.
- Recommendations for repairs, replacements of wiring, equipment and fixtures.
- Help maintain the residential installation portion of the shop and keep the area organized, neat and tidy.
- Maintain pictures related to all installs and document in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Document completed work in work order in a timely manner.
- Maintain efficiencies and look for additional ways to improve the business segment.
- Help with recruiting and developing team talent.
- Upsell customer agreements as deemed appropriate.
- Keep up to date with new codes/processes and keep team informed.

Our Senior Electrical Technician – Residential Installation position offers:
- 40 hours/week (full-time)

Technical Proficiency- Worked for the company a minimum of 3 years.
- Organized and neat.
- Leadership attributes.
- Acceptance and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Punctual, being on time. It is imperative we are prompt and on time to all scheduled customer appointments.
- Valid driver’s license with no moving violations in the last 24 months.
- Lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications - word, excel.
- Adaptive to different computer applications.
