Inspect, repair, and maintain a variety of hotel systems and equipment;
Complete basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpet and tile floor maintenance and repairs;
Complete painting, minor roof repairs, and other exterior projects;
Prepare all necessary reports during each shift for the management team;
Work with Chief Engineer and Management team to identify and accomplish all technical and skilled related projects
