- Journey Level Plumbing:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing, heating, and steam operated equipment and systems - Preventative Maintenance:
Perform scheduled inspections and repair or replace all defective parts as needed; check, clean, and repair sanitary and storm sewers - Project Support:
Interpret blueprints and instructions for small projects and ensure projects are completed according to specifications - Safety Responsibilities:
Assist with fire safety demonstrations, maintain fire plugs and extinguishers, and test and maintain sprinkler systems - General Assistance:
Repair and adjust trade related special vocational shop equipment, collaborate with other trades staff, move materials, and participate in snow removal and other duties as needed to support facility operations
- Full‑time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30‑minute lunch. Overtime is required.
- Telework:

- Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Three years of experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing components and fixtures; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Special Requirement:
This position requires possession of an active motor vehicle license. - Other Requirements:
- You must meet the PA residency requirement.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
- A conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports.
