Perform minor repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC trades throughout the hospital and grounds.;
Inspect equipment and determine priorities; issue work orders for major repairs and document preventive work orders.;
Transport materials and tools; assist inspectors and other workers as needed.;
Maintain water treatment for open and closed loops and test chemical balances.;
Read utility meters and ensure readings are accurate; maintain clean, safe work areas.
