What You'll DoAs a Bar Server, you'll help create a positive guest experience by serving beverages and supporting mobile bar operations at festivals, concerts, and special events.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Pouring draft beer and sparkling beverages
- Preparing mixed drinks and serving canned or bottled beverages
- Processing credit card and cash transactions accurately
- Assisting with bar setup, stocking, and breakdown
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of bar areas
- Supporting beverage inventory and restocking throughout events
- Assisting with basic draft system maintenance (experience preferred but not required)
- Flexible scheduling – choose shifts that fit your availability
- Evening and weekend work that pairs well with school or another job
- Work at Pittsburgh's most popular festivals and events
- Earn $15/hour plus tips

- Eager to learn and follow established procedures
- Previous experience serving beverages, bartending, or working in hospitality
- RAMP Certification (preferred)
- Experience with draft beer systems or craft beverage service
- Cash handling and point-of-sale experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be able to understand and communicate in English
- Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events
- Seasonal, part-time position
- Flexible, as-needed scheduling based on event calendar
- Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts available
- Shift lengths vary by event
- Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
- Tips may be earned during certain events
- Non-exempt, overtime-eligible position
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Weather-appropriate attire for outdoor events
- Event-specific uniforms or accessories may occasionally be required
