Experienced Maintenance Tech with Carpentry skills pertaining to building maintenance (i.e. painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, renovations etc.).

Qualifications- Minimum of 1 Years Experience in Building Maintenance & Carpentry
- Electrical ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience
- Plumbing ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience
- Carpentry ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience (framing, drywall)
- Painting ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience (interior and exterior)
- Other attributes such as work history are taken into consideration as well
- MUST pass background clearance
- MUST have reliable transportation to and from QSI Office in Penn Hills
- MUST have Valid Driver's License
