EGC Construction, an operating unit of Messer Construction Co., is currently seeking an Ironworker with commercial/industrial experience to join the team in Mehoopany, PA.

• Connect and bolt-up of structural steel
• Detail work on structural steel, such as installation of bar joist, bridging, decking, and handrail
• Welding of structural steel (stick welding) and rigging of equipment
• Ability to understand and follow all safety rules and regulations associated with industrial steel industry
• Using required tools to perform daily tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• OSHA 10 Certified, preferred
• Candidates must have transportation and good communication skills
• Be willing to work within a 50‑mile radius - Ability to travel is a plus
• Be able to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions
