Field Service Technician – Brenton Division

Pro Mach is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide professional service and training support for Brenton products and systems. The role reports to the Field Service Manager.

• Assist customer personnel with installation, start‑up and training of Brenton machines and systems.
• Provide technical service support when customers’ machines are not performing.
• Communicate accurate updates to the Engineering Department regarding any changes made to machines in the field.
• Participate in final checkout of machines to ensure readiness for shipment.
• Maintain mechanical and electrical competence, including the ability to edit PLC and HMI programs.
• Operate and troubleshoot all three Brenton product lines: case packers, shrink wrappers, and Fanuc robots and controllers.

• Mechanical and electrical assembly and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with Rockwell PLCs and HMIs, navigating and editing PLC and HMI programs.
• Fanuc robot experience and certification desirable (2–4 years of field experience).
• Professional communication, positive attitude and polished image.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced production environment.

$27.00 – $45.00
