Repair and maintain aerial lift equipment: diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems;
Respond to field service calls: independently manage on-site service visits within assigned territory;
Ensure equipment safety and reliability: perform inspections and preventative maintenance to meet safety standards;
Customer support: communicate clearly with customers regarding issues and maintenance recommendations;
Documentation and reporting: maintain accurate records of service work, parts used, and interactions with customers
