Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work and HVAC system maintenance;
Address guest room issues and respond to maintenance requests;
Make structural repairs to masonry, woodwork and furnishings, patches or replaces plaster, plasterboard, paint walls, ceilings and trim;
Conduct inspections to identify potential problems;
Maintain a log of all work performed including parts needed and/or parts used on all work requests
