Crew Lead

Do you want to lead crews on critical projects? BAM Workforce Solutions is partnering with an established and growing company in the Greater Philadelphia region seeking an Assistant Foreman to join their team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on environment supporting projects across critical industrial infrastructure.

This position requires travel to client sites with ability to get overtime hours.

Overview:

• Lead a small crew to install industrial coating systems on equipment and surfaces at job sites.
• Perform surface preparation using hand and power tools to ensure proper coating adhesion.
• Work safely in industrial environments including industrial plants and facilities.
• Follow site safety procedures including lockout/tagout, confined space, and working at heights.
• Communicate daily job progress with the construction manager and project leadership.
• Maintain high quality standards and a strong customer service mindset on job sites.
• Occasionally assist with shop support including material handling, shop organization, and deliveries.

Requirements:

• Experience working in construction, industrial field work, or a mechanical trade.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments.
• Ability to travel frequently and work weekend schedules when required.
