Position: Field Technician

We’re looking for
hardworking, reliable individuals
to join our field team. This is an excellent opportunity to start a stable career in a high-demand industry with room to grow and earn more over time.

What You’ll Do

• Roll out and position large geotextile liners on job sites
• Work safely around drilling rigs and heavy equipment
• Operate spray equipment, foam machinery, and tools
• Assist with various labor tasks as needed on-site
• Ensure the safety and integrity of all customer and company equipment

What We’re Looking For

• General labor or construction experience (oil/gas experience a big plus!)
• Willingness to
  learn new skills
  and advance in a growing company
• Ability to
  lift and maneuver up to 100 lbs
  and stand for long periods
• Basic knowledge of hand and mechanical tools
• Comfortable working outdoors in a physically active role
• Must have a valid driver’s license and
  reliable transportation
• Class A CDL preferred
  (or ability to obtain within 6 months – we’ll help!)

Preferred (but not required) Certifications

• Safeland
• OSHA Hazard Recognition
• First Aid/CPR
• Geomembrane Welding
• Forklift / Heavy Equipment Operator

Schedule & Travel

• Standard hours:
  Monday–Friday, 6:00AM–2:30PM
• Overtime and weekend work available –
  paid at premium rates
• Travel to job sites is required – lodging and travel pay provided for out-of-town projects

• Must pass a
  pre-employment physical and drug screening
• Background checks required
• This position is
  safety-sensitive and team-driven
