Repair and maintain the facility including painting and general labor;
Prepare for and tear down events, including dasher board system installation/removal, staging, seating, and flooring;
Perform snow removal and exterior maintenance using a plow truck and forklift as needed;
Conduct summer garden maintenance including mowing, weeding, trimming;
Follow Work Order and Maintenance Manager systems and safety codes (OSHA/NFPA)
