Martin's Auto Service is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team in Landisburg, PA. We're looking for A-Level, B-Level, and motivated C-Level Technicians who want to grow with a shop that is actively investing in its people and improving its operations. • Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems and components.
• Perform repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Maximize productivity through effective time management and quality repairs.

• Automotive technician experience at the A-Level, B-Level, or C-Level.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle concerns.
• Strong productivity and time‑management skills.
• Advanced diagnostic ability is especially valued for A-Level and B-Level Technicians.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow through training opportunities.

• Guaranteed base pay: $28.00–$30.00 per hour for all hours worked in the shop.
• Production bonus available after approximately 30 flagged hours.
• Up to $100,000 earning potential based on production and performance.
