Drain Install Technician

Sullivan Super Service is seeking a Drain Install Technician to join our family-owned HVAC and plumbing team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you'll install, repair, and replace residential drain and sewer lines, troubleshoot clogs and backups, and operate drain cleaning and excavation equipment. You'll inspect systems, explain findings to customers, and ensure all work meets code and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace residential drain and sewer lines
• Operate drain cleaning, jetting, and cabling equipment safely
• Diagnose clogs, backups, and pipe damage and recommend solutions
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and basic site plans
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in clean, working order
• Communicate findings, options, and pricing clearly to customers
• Complete job documentation and reports accurately and on time
• Work collaboratively with technicians and office staff to schedule and complete jobs
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures on every job site
