Renuity is seeking experienced 1099 Window Installers to complete high-quality residential window replacement projects. As an independent contractor, you'll handle tear-outs, install replacement windows, ensure proper fit, insulation, flashing, and sealing, and leave a clean, safe jobsite. You'll interact directly with homeowners, uphold Renuity's customer-first, professional standards, and follow safety and building requirements. This role is ideal for detail-oriented craftsmen seeking steady work with a fast-growing national home remodeling brand focused on performance, accountability, and exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Perform tear-out and installation of residential replacement windows to manufacturer specifications
  • Measure openings, adjust framing as needed, and ensure proper level, plumb, and square installs
  • Install flashing, insulation, sealants, and trim to ensure weather-tight, code-compliant results
  • Maintain clean, safe jobsites and adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
  • Review work orders, confirm materials, and coordinate with office/warehouse as needed
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, explain work performed, and address basic concerns
  • Document work completed and report issues, damages, or change orders promptly
  • Protect client property with drop cloths and cleanup after each job
  • Transport, load, and unload windows, tools, and materials safely
  • Collaborate with Renuity teams to uphold quality and customer satisfaction metrics
