Plumber

Join Our Team as a Full-Time Plumber!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Removes snow and ice.
• Maintains, tests, and repairs all life safety systems.
• IE sprinkler tests, eye wash, and emergency showers.
• Maintains, tests, repairs existing piping systems, drain, waste and vent systems, potable waters systems, steam, and medical gas delivery systems.
• Assists other trades as appropriate or assigned by management.
• Accurately requisitions materials, maintains files and records.
• Records time and material expended.
• Maintain a clean safe work environment, including storage and shop areas.
• Responsible for timely completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, logs, performance testing and other documentation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma in Trade or Vocational School degree plus four years apprenticeship.
• 3 years of experience in a related field required.
• Plumber's license required.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

• Back flow certification and Med Gas Certification preferred.
• Driver's License
• Clearances with renewal:
• Act 31, 33, 34, & 73
