Primary Responsibilities:
+ Removes snow and ice.
+ Maintains, tests, and repairs all life safety systems.
+ IE sprinkler tests, eye wash, and emergency showers.
+ Maintains, tests, repairs existing piping systems, drain, waste and vent systems, potable waters systems, steam, and medical gas delivery systems.
+ Assists other trades as appropriate or assigned by management.
+ Accurately requisitions materials, maintains files and records.
+ Records time and material expended.
+ Maintain a clean safe work environment, including storage and shop areas.
+ Responsible for timely completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, logs, performance testing and other documentation.
+ High school diploma in Trade or Vocational School degree plus four years apprenticeship.
+ 3 years of experience in a related field required.
+ Plumber's license required.
+ Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
+ Back flow certification and Med Gas Certification preferred.
+ Driver's License
+ Clearances with renewal:
+ Act 31, 33, 34, & 73
