Opportunity to work (5) 8 hour shifts or (4) 10 hour shifts. Earn a generous base hourly pay plus incentives and commissions. Primarily residential work completing maintenances and service calls on customers heating and cooling systems. No Overnight on call!

• Pay of $120,000+ per year with incentives depending on skills and experience.

• Safely and courteously driving company vehicles
• Performing heating and air conditioning repairs and maintenances.
• Completing scheduled service calls and other tasks promptly
• Rotate in the on call schedule to respond to emergency after hours calls
• Tracking materials and maintaining inventory
• Communicating effectively with customers, providing solutions and quotes
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor

• 1+ years of relevant professional experience
• Commitment to safety protocols and compliance with heating and air conditioning codes and regulations
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening
