This position involves skilled work across multiple trades to maintain, repair, and improve the region’s Fine Wine & Good Spirits locations. It supports the agency by ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, and attractive. As a Maintenance Repairman 2, you will perform the following duties:
- Facility Construction:
Build and install shelving, counters, partitions, platforms, and various fixtures - Door and Lock Work:
Repair and adjust doors, frames, automatic openers, and install or fix locks - Electrical Systems:
Install circuits, outlets, lighting fixtures, and wiring in line with electrical standards - Plumbing Tasks:
Install and repair commodes, spigots, piping, and other plumbing fixtures - Equipment Operation:
Operate and maintain power tools, hand tools, and maintenance vehicles

Work Schedule and Additional Information:- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.

- Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.
- This position requires possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
- You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.
