Install, commission, and start up ceramic manufacturing equipment at customer facilities Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on ceramic production machinery Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled systems, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime Train customer personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety practices Respond promptly to service calls and emergency breakdowns, documenting all service activities and equipment performance

3–5 years of industrial maintenance or field service experience, preferably in ceramic, manufacturing, or process industries Working knowledge of PLC systems, VFDs, motors, sensors, and industrial controls Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals Associate degree or technical certification in Mechanical/Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or Mechatronics preferred Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively (up to 75%);

ability to obtain a passport for international travel starting at the end of 2027
