The purpose of this position is to provide direct support to Blended Service Coordination Supervisors and Program Director. The Program Coordinator will assist Blended Service Coordinator's in monitoring their performance related to the quality of services provided. Additionally, the Program Coordinator will assist supervisors and BSC's so that they are in a constant state of readiness for any quality or regulatory audit of the program.
Responsibilities:
Supervision & Consistency
+ Monitors BSC supervisors and models field supervision
Quality & Compliance
+ Ensures regulatory adherence and audit-ready documentation
+ Addresses performance and service issues
Communication & Support
+ Provides feedback and participates in meetings and supervision
Program Knowledge & Improvement
+ Applies BSC/SPMI expertise and supports ongoing improvements
+ Completes additional duties as assigned
+ Bachelor's degree in human service field with 5 years of supervisory experience and 7 years of clinical experience required
OR
+ Master's degree in human service field with 3 years of supervisory experience and 5 years of clinical experience required.
+ Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process required.
+ Maintains all mandatory annual trainings and competencies.
+ Participates with supervisor to identify program design and process needs.
+ Participates in on-going staff development activities.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
+ Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
+ Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCMC)
+ Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
+ Act 33 with renewal
+ Act 34 with renewal
+ Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
* Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state. Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.
