Position Summary

The Success Coach Supervisor provides leadership, supervision, and program oversight for a team of Success Coaches supporting adults working toward economic stability and mobility. This role ensures high-quality, strength-based service delivery grounded in human services frameworks considering environmental and structural inequities, the social determinants of health, fidelity to program models, and consistent outcomes across communities.

This position will also be responsible for maintaining Success Coach fidelity to JFCS's Catalyst for Economic Mobility initiative. Participants in JFCS career preparation and support programs who meet program eligibility requirements may receive a stipend for up to 18 months through the Catalyst for Economic Mobility. This stipend will allow them to achieve greater financial stability as they build toward the future.

Success Coaches will guide participants enrolled in the Catalyst for Economic Mobility through "light touch" support and barrier reduction in addition to support with goal setting and resource navigation.

The Supervisor supports staff not by directing every step, but by creating the conditions for strong practice through reflective supervision, skill-building, quality monitoring, and thoughtful problem-solving. This position balances clinical oversight, staff development, and operational accountability while centering dignity, client ownership, and long-term impact.
