Permanency Adoption Specialist

Families United Network is seeking a Permanency Adoption Specialist to support children and families through the adoption and permanency process. In this Community & Social Services role, you will manage a caseload, conduct home studies, facilitate placements, and provide ongoing support to ensure stable, nurturing homes. You will collaborate with social workers, courts, and community partners, maintain detailed documentation, and advocate for the best interests of children.
