Program Description:
The Family Healing Center (FHC) is an innovative licensed inpatient 3.5 drug and alcohol facility dedicated to comprehensive addiction treatment and family healing. FHC provides a holistic approach to recovery, offering personalized care for individuals struggling with addiction while actively involving their families in the healing process.
Through a combination of evidence-based therapies, trauma-informed care, and family support programs, FHC addresses the underlying causes of addiction, promoting emotional and behavioral well-being. The program empowers individuals to rebuild their lives and strengthens family bonds, fostering a supportive environment for long-term recovery and resilience.

Location and Travel Requirements:
This position is primarily located in Mt. Oliver. All positions are also expected to come to training, meetings, and other events at Main Campus in McKeesport, as scheduled. The travel required for this position is regular.

- Valid PA driver's license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.
- Provide supervision and guidance to child and youth development staff to ensure a safe, structured, and developmentally appropriate environment.
- Oversee planning and implementation of daily activities that support children's social, emotional, and developmental needs.
- Ensure consistent routines, supervision standards, and child safety practices are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with parents, clinicians, and program leadership to support healthy family functioning and child well-being.
- Maintain documentation, communication, and program standards related to child and youth services.
